This involves using the state-mandated point-of-sale (POS) software.\n• Inventory management:\n• Receive, verify, and stock incoming cannabis product deliveries in compliance with state regulations.\n• Maintain an organized and clean fulfillment area and stock room.\n• Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and perform frequent inventory counts to ensure accuracy.\n• Report any inventory discrepancies to management immediately.\n• Compliance and reporting:\n• Follow all company policies and state-mandated regulations related to the handling and tracking of cannabis products.\n• Assist with monthly inventory audits and track products using state inventory systems.\n• Team collaboration: Work with budtenders, sales teams, and delivery drivers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.\n• Customer service: Address fulfillment-related customer concerns and potentially assist with curbside order handoffs.\n• Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on new products and industry regulations.\nQualifications\n• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.\n• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment, preferably in the cannabis industry.\n• Familiarity with state-mandated POS and inventory tracking software.\n• Strong organizational and time-management skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\n• Excellent communication and a team-first attitude.\n• Must meet stringent state requirements, including passing a background check.\n• Must be dependable, with consistent attendance.\n• Physical ability to lift and carry items and remain mobile for extended periods.
